Requirements and Courses

Requirements

To complete the minor, you must complete eighteen (18) hours including the following:

1. HIS 2370: History of Warfare

  • 3 credit hours
  • Offered every Fall semester ONLY)

2. Fifteen (15) credit hours selected from list of Applicable Courses

  • Students may count ONE course for both their major and this minor; contact your advisor for details about how to make that happen.
  • Special Topics and Study Abroad courses will be considered; contact Military Studies Director for approval.
  • Courses not included on the Applicable Courses list but contain a significant military emphasis or component will also be considered; contact Military Studies Director with questions and include course syllabus and detailed description.
